All orders can be returned up to 14 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. Fragrance Oils in clear or roll on's bottles are exempt. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return

Please also include whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement. 

In the of a return please send items back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the UK we can provide a return label. There will be an additional  £4.99 GBP deduction from the refund, for label usage.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, After Pay, Bank transfer and Apple Pay.

Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in Pounds.

Damage Claims

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
