You can return orders within 14 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. To return an item, ensure it is unopened and in original condition. Customers may return any unopened products securely packaged. We accept requests for sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. To process this, proof of damage may be required in video or photo form before approval. Please note that we do not accept return of promotional or discounted items. Fragrance Oils in roll-on or clear bottles are exempt from return eligibility. Once we receive this, we will inspect the product before refund approval. Approved return cases will be refunded minus shipping and gift wrap charges. Customers can also request an exchange instead of a return for eligible items.
